Board Upgrades

Good day,

The forum has been upgraded to the latest version of phpBB, and we've upped our web server PHP version as well. I've tested basic functionality, and everything seems fine. But let me know if there are issues.

Also, I've installed a couple new styles, if you want a different look to the board. Not much out there that looks interesting yet. If you know a cools style, let me know.
