First officer of the Andorian Freighter Hvark.  He was not at all comfortable with Captain Zzzk'Varrnix's tactics, which involved attacking other ships and crashing into [[Waystation]] all in the name of delivering fresh spleen pie.  Vinnz was more than willing to hand his captain over to [[Sean Russell]] for arrest.
