A Beta Quadrant species with ten leg flagella, eight arm flagella, and telepathic abilities.  A D'Ceti exploratory ship was attacked by the [[Multeks]] and crashed on a Class M world, where it was later found by [[Sean Russell]], [[Craig Porter]], and [[Martin Lazlo]].  Believing that the [[Waystation]] officers were hostile, the D'Ceti used their psychic abilities to turn the officers against each other.
