Surap was a Vulcan logician and member of LOL. His works were required reading in the Fundamentals of Logic course at Starfleet Academy. Surap and his fellow LOL member [[Surat]] saved Captain [[Reginald Bain]] and his team (minus Commander [[Prosak]] from being captured by [[Sh’rak]]'s guards by beaming them up to their ship.
