A Bolian Starfleet Intelligence admiral who was secretly working for Admiral [[Hitori Sulu]] as a part of the [[Next Federation]] conspiracy.  When Agent [[Samantha Dallas]] got too close to discovering that the [[Crazy Condor Circus]] was transporting starship parts to the Next Federation, Gitt partnered her with Agent [[Batyn]] and assigned the pair to cases no one else in Intel wanted.
