Fifteen year old inhabitant of the planet Mordor. At the age of 13, he was involved with a much older woman named [[Kristina Mattice]]. When Kristina wouldn't let Joe call off their relationship, he charged her with statutory rape and had her put in prison. What Joe did not know was that Kristina was a 4000 year old Vampire who headed up the [[Deimos cult]]. Once freed, Mattice arranged for the Deimos to make a human sacrifice of Joe. The murder went as planned, but when Joe's body was discovered by Lt. Cmdr. [[Vincent DiSanto]], it lead to an investigation that would lead to the cult's downfall.
