Changeling infiltrator aboard the [[SS Pomposity]]. Ragoo sabotaged the Pomposity in hopes that he could spark a conflict between the Federation and the Klingons. After being stepped on, ripped up, and injured in many, many other ways, he was finally killed by a pack of angry Klingons after spouting the final lines "I HATE YOU ALL!"
