Thot-Luss was a Breen scientist and commander of the [[Regularity]], a Breen ship capable of accessing [[DeanSpace]]. Luss wanted to defect to the Federation and had his crew kidnap [[Subject 341]] from the [[Neptune Research Station]]. He was able to convince Subject 341 to help him defect. They made contact with the [[USS Anomaly]], and with the help of Captain [[Reginald Bain]] and his crew, they were able to make the Breen think the Regularity was destroyed and deliver it to Starfleet.
