The Tyvek was a Romulan D'Mynus class scout ship commanded by Commander [[Vioxx]]. It was overtaken by the [[Lucinda]] entity in the Delta Quadrant, which completely drained it of power and killed most of the crew in the process. The [[USS Anomaly]] used its tractor beam to give the powerless Tyvek a shove back toward Romulan space, a journey that would take centuries until the Romulans bother to go retrieve it.
