Sollars was cheating on his wife, Section 31 Agent [[Clara Sollars]], with a Bajoran woman named [[Seddi Tral]]. Tovar's assignment was to the relationship between Sollars and Tral, which he did. Carn then sent Tovar back to the [[USS Anomaly]] to deal with a malfunctioning holographic duplicate of Tovar. Carn, meanwhile, ended up with a date with Seddi Tral.
