	Mark hails from the deepest, darkest reaches of the UK, (a little county called Devon tacked onto the South West penninsula to act as a go between between the Cornish and the rest of the UK.) Born in 1973, he is considered to be "over the hill" by some of the other authors (and his wife!!!). During the early 90's he enlisted in the Royal Navy, because in his own words, "It was the closest thing I could find to a Starship...." (Proving he was a [[Tantalus V]] candidate even back then.) (The motto - Never drive faster than your guardian angel can fly - applies here.)

	Mark currently works in IT for the local county authority at a community college. (Where he spends most of his time avoiding contact with the pupils).
