T'Dur determined that it was likely an [[Interloper]] that needed to be removed and destroyed with the [[Holnym]] ritual. T'Dur eventually found most of them and took command of the Anomaly, but Bain had already gotten Tovar to the Ba'ku homeworld and was able to convince Polem [[J'Atric]] to use the Holnym to transfer the Interloper life course into a duplicate body created from a saved transporter pattern of [[Jaroch]]. Once Bain, Tovar, and J'Atric returned to the Anomaly, T'Dur tried to perform the Holnym on Tovar anyway, which would have killed Tovar, but T'Dur quickly realized only one life force was present.
