	Deity worshipped by an Andorian cult. They believed [[Joel Hodges]] was the next incarnation of this deity and tried to take him back to Andor so they could worship him and shower him with riches. When Joel was old enough, he went to Andor of his own volition to become the Z'arkbelst and later wrote the book "I Was A Teenage Z'arkbelst". Seeing the grown-up [[Lisa Beck]], he decided that he desired her and kidnapped her from Waystation to be his consort. Beck, [[Stephanie Hodges]], and [[Walter Morales]] informed him that his Z'arkbelst powers didn't extend that far.
