Somewhat cowardly Tellarite ensign assigned to the USS Devonshire initially as an engineers mate. During his time in engineering, the accident rate quadrupled, causing the Chief engineer, Benn Mann to have the ensign transferred to a different department, ANY department.
Seeing as the vacancy list was almost non-existant at the time, Roo's ended up transferring to the Beta shift under Knightley as the backup communicatiosn officer, a condition and position which Keanne Kassinni wants altered - the Orange hairs in her equipment are starting to become a health hazard. Can't wait 'til he starts moulting!
