A peaceful race of suntanned and contemplative individuals, the Sulani have only one flaw, that they don't really like to get involved in the affairs of others. And, unlike Starfleet, they pretty much keep to that. Until they came across the Aerostar ("Wrapped in the Ribbon" [VEX]).
