Security computer system designed by Russell to monitor Waystation. He built the artificially intelligent system using parts he stole from around the station. Russell loaded Compucop with every Starfleet regulation and Federation legal code in existence in hopes that the computer would do his job and allow Russell to spend more free time on the holodeck.
