Designed by a Doctor Zimmerman in 2373 during a drunken night on Europa. Serves no useful purpose except to keep the liquor running smoothly during a ship's emergency, like, say, if a ship gets tossed into the Delta Quadrant ("Road to Nowhere, Part Two" [VEX]).
