A Delta Quadrant world, one of the many under the direct control of the Flarn, which is dedicated to constant, unrelenting commerce. Its goblin-like inhabitants, direct servants to the Flarn, have a less-kind, less-gentle, Ferengi mentality, and a powerful planetary mafia ("All the Wrong Places" [VEX]).
