An ever changing and updated file uploaded to every Federation Starship's computer system detailing the naturally occurring most dangerous, hazardous and/or frankly suicidal to visit places which have been discovered by exploratory vessels. These include places like the Cyresias Belt, The Great Galactic Barrier, Chibbilia, Dillon's Supply Depot.
