Starfleet admiral and uncle to Travis Dillon. He urged Admiral Picard to promoted Travis Dillon to captain after receiving numerous calls from Dillon's mother. After the incident with the Klingons on Gulax Four, Admirals Dillon and Picard agreed that Travis Dillon's promotion had been a big mistake. ("Star Traks 3" [TRK])
