What appears to be a small problem with one of Starfleet Cartography's satellites becomes a big problem for Agents Samantha Dallas and Batyn when an investigation on the safest planet in the Federation, Earth, takes a turn toward the mystical.
Summary
Dallas and Batyn are sent to investigate an area of the United Kingdom that has shown up as a smudge or blur on satellite pictures for as long as records have been kept. Before they know it they find themselves on the grounds of a school of witchcraft and wizardry and face with three teenagers who can seemingly wield magic. The Starfleet Intel agents are trapped out of their own time and way out of their depth.
