Company started by the bartender of the USS Enterprise to run crew lounges aboard starships. After Trinian left the USS Secondprize, Guinanco took over Seven Backward. The Secondprize crew didn't like the new, mellow atmosphere at all. (Of Gods and First Officers [TRK, VEX]) After several disagreements between the Secondprize crew and the new Guinanco manager of Seven Backward, Jemmy Fisk, Captain Alexander Rydell forcibly replaced him with Karina Durham.
