A woman Sean Russell met on the beach in Malibu just before he was assigned to be security chief of the USS Edsel under the command of Travis Dillon. Darla accompanied Russell on the mission but left him for Kantura Dransein who she then left for Dr. Reginald Smythe. ("Star Traks 3" [TRK])
