Cranius

Cranius was a Pulsan and a member of the resistance against the Associates. When Captain Reginald Bain and Dr. Natalia Kasyov returned to the Associates testing world aboard the USS Navigator to rescue Balpar and Loborus, Cranius arrived at the same time with a group of Pulsans from the resistance to do the same thing. Cranius informed Balpar that Balpar was now in charge because their previous leader had gone home. In addition, the group hadn't done much resisting in Balpar's absence. (Transparent Motives [BG])
