Toflay

Toflay was one of the past lives of Lieutenant Commander Tovar of the USS Anomaly. He was a prominent Yynsian chef who lived approximately 3000 years before Tovar. His restaurant was destroyed in a war. When Tovar was taken by the Associates and forced to be a homemaker in their testing facility, Toflay emerged and made dinner for him and Dr. Natalia Kasyov. Once the Interloper life force was removed from Tovar, Toflay was one of three primary life forces vying for control of his body during a visit home to Earth. Eventually, Tovar was able to get them all to work together to create a device to immobilize the Cardassian terrorist Fubar, who was threatening to kill Rosalyn Bain. (The Ties That Bind [BG])
