Gridloo

Gridloo and his twin brother Pridloo were Pakled smugglers and members of FOBBER. While smuggling several barrels of drugs into Cardassian space, their ship, which they named Ship, collided with an asteroid and was venting plasma. The USS Abu Simbel came to their aid, and captain Wer Cillan sent over an engineering team to get Ship repaired. She also had her tactical officer, Lieutenant Commander Reginald Bain, go over to check things out. Bain discovered the barrels of drugs, which looked like red dust. Gridloo and Pridloo insisted that it was the dirt they use to grow plants. Without them knowing, Bain beamed the drugs into space and replaced them with quality soil from his own supply to help them out. Instead, the loss of the drugs cost them Ship. They were forced to work as lung fry cooks at McBaughb's until they saved up enough to buy New Ship. (The Bain Of Our Existence [BG])
