Harvak

Harvak was a Romulan who Prosak met at a RommaVulc meeting in her youth. He was disappointed at that time that Prosak already had a sharal. He also did not agree with the RommaVulc's plan to spread their beliefs. Instead, he felt that unification with the Vulcans required strong leadership, careful planning, and swift action. He later put his ideas into action by becoming Sh’rak and taking control of the Vulcan government. (Behind The Curtain [BG])
