Strep

Colonel Strep was the commander of the Vulcan soldiers that took control of the Romulan Warhawk Shakalak. He put the ship on a course for Earth and tried to force Lieutenant Commander Tovar to give him information about Earth's defenses through a mind meld. Strep was not ready to deal with Tovar's past lives, who left him catatonic long enough for Tovar to get a message out to the USS Anomaly. (Devastating Logic [BG])
