Cheektowaga Class Starship

Powerful type of Federation spacecraft designed specifically for Section 31. While less powerful than the Sovereign Class, they are faster and more maneuverable than the Galaxy and Akira classes. The USS Cerberus was a Cheektowaga Class starship. ("The Truth is Out There, Part Two" [BAN]). The USS Atlantis was also a Cheektowaga Class vessel. ("Upstarts" [BAN]). The Cheektowaga Class was named after the city of Cheektowaga, a suburb of Buffalo, NY, and one of Star Traks Banshee author Brad Dusen's favorite cities.
