Planet near the Klingon neutral zone, site of a SWAT starbase. In 2273 Captain Marcus Stone and the USS Devonshire released a geneticlaly modified life form (Chibbles) onto the surface of the world. Once established, the Chibble colony was decreed as "off-limits" to all Federation ships. To date, no vessel has violated the quarantine.
