Fixit

Admiral Fixit was the Romulan in command of the Malak Pasala ship yard. Commander Vioxx and his officers met with Fixit before they took the Romulans' prototype anti-singularity drive ship, the Manamanat, out for a test flight. (Going, Going, Gone... [BG])
