The result of the mating of Nurse Bailey's cat and, apparently, Satan. This fluffly little ball of joy has been nothing but trouble for the USS Explorer crew ("Cat-astrophe" [VEX]). There are signs that he's an infiltrator from a feline species, but no one on the Explorer ever noticed those signs.
