Plait Outpost

Plait Outpost was a Federation science outpost located on a small purple-green planet along the border of the Alpha and Gamma Quadrants run by Dr. Akintola. The outpost with hit by an energy wave resulting from Neb's emergence into the universe, which knocked out several key systems. The USS Anomaly traveled there to deliver supplies and replacements for equipment lost due to the energy wave. It was named after the “Bad Astronomer,” Phil Plait. (Born to Rom [BG])
