Thoblo

Thoblo was and Orion environmental activist and nemesis of Rosalyn Bain. He and his associates were attempting to ravage the worlds of the Federation with a Botanical Retrovirus. Rosalyn killed him by yanking him off a cliff on Nartoth. His associate, General Warder, then went after Rosalyn and her husband Reginald Bain in an effort to force her to give him the virus.
